ok... round 111 na...
here's what you do...
1. pag log in mo set username and choose a city... 2. wait for messages that invites you to become a family member (hirap kasi pag walang family... titirahin ka agad) 3. you have to hire people to work for you and match with the corresponding guns para makapag attack ka 4. attack other families or members...
will post a guide para maganda...

tips and tricks
We are a war fighting family, so the prime goal is to have as many defensive units (DUs), all armed with AK47s, and little or no operatives (OPPs), and as low a net worth as possible. This will keep you out of range of the heavier hitters, but still keep you strong within your range. Don't buy coke or weed. Drugs are for losers, and real life mafia have no respect for drug users. Buy only booze and AKs. Don't buy cars or planes either. They only add to your net worth with little or no benefit. If you loot any of these "no buy" items, sell them on the black market. Transfer excess cash to the open banker for our family. It's a good idea to always keep track of who the open banker is. They change all the time. (More details below)
General
Keep a calculator and a notepad open on your desktop at all times. A clock with a second hand is also very useful to have visible while playing. In your profile, make sure that "accept auto transfers" is always off for non-family members. Someone may dump his cash on you to bring you in range and attack. For family members, it is best to leave this off as well, unless you have arrangements for family members to dump cash on you. But try to avoid this by transferring to the banker. Transfers cost 25 turns, so a two hop transfer wastes turns. Try to keep all of the cash you really need to hold (like for travel) in booze. This will lower the net value of the cash by 80%.
Understanding range
Range is based on net worth (NW). The range of opponents that you can attack is from between half of your NW to four times your NW. Inversely, you can be attacked by anyone with between one fourth your NW and twice your NW. For example, if your NW is $100 million, you can attack oponnents with NWs between $50 million and $400 million. You can be attacked by opponents with a NW of between $25 million and $200 million. If you suck at arithmetic, you're in trouble already, but this is one place where the calculator can come in handy. Range does not apply in revenge situations.
Revenge
When a mafioso is attacked, he receives a revenge on the attacker in his mailbox that is good for 24 hours. Using this revenge, the victim can attack back at the attacker throughout the 24 hour period, regardless of range or "maxing out". So don't give someone four times your NW a revenge against you without good cause, because then he can attack you and clean you out.
Protection
When you hire, you receive protection from attack, one second of protection for every turn you use to hire, with a maximum of one minute of protection. Don't forget this.
Building up by hiring
I hire Bodyguards/Thugs for the most part. Hitmen are the best DUs (they kill more guys), but when you hire Hitmen, you get mostly Hustlers along with them. Some Hustlers can be handy to have on hand, such as when you need to raise a quick couple of million dollars, and there is no one else in your family online to send it to you. (The banker will sometimes not help you for amounts less than 100 million). You can do some collection to raise the cash you need immediately. But don't go crazy with Hustlers. Don't hire any whores, dealers, bootleggers, or punks. They are useless dead weight, and only increase your net worth, making you more vulnerable to attack by a stronger mafioso. When building up or rebuilding, hire like crazy, but don't worry about arming them. This will keep your net worth low, protecting you from attack by most armed mafiosos. The family will get you money for AKs and booze when you need them. So don't waste your turns collecting to buy guns and booze unless you really have to. Focus on building up your DUs. Set your operatives payout to 100%, unless you have to collect. Then change it to 0%. You may drive away some operatives while collecting, but that's kind of the point. Always hire and collect using turn amounts that are evenly divisible by 13. This will give you the most efficient average number of hires or collected amounts.
Maxing out
When someone has their headquarters attacked ten times, they are maxed out for that hour of game play, and cannot be hit again until the top of the hour on the game clock.
Black marketeering
Selling items on the black market only returns you 90 percent of what you paid. For example, if you buy booze for 5 dollars, you can only sell it for 4.50. Same with weapons. Keep this in mind when calculating. Exchanging weapons gives you full credit however. So you can exchange 10 glocks for one AK47. If you loot Glocks and Uzis, exchange them for AKs if you need them, otherwise sell them. If you loot guns and you have the turns, hire more thugs to fill the triggers. The payoff to the ten percent loss with booze is that every bottle of booze only counts as one dollar on your net worth, so if you keep all your cash in booze, you reduce the net worth of that cash by 80 per cent, so keep every spare dollar you have in booze, and sell it when you need to travel or buy a few guns on a small hire. Just be sure to keep enough booze to keep your people happy. This is good to do if you loot a hundred million from someone, and you have no turns left to transfer to the banker. Convert it to booze while you wait. There is so much money to loot, who cares about a measly ten percent?
Idling
When you log in, you are immediately seen as "online". If you don't trigger any of the "seen" functions, you will time out and be invisible after ten minutes. Viewing "Who's online", viewing profiles, viewing family lists, and viewing many of your account's screens do not trigger a "seen" event. Reading the family board, business board, your mailbox, sending messages, hiring, and trading in the black market DO cause you to be "seen". Knowing this can be useful in defensive tactics, particularly if you are the only player in your family online at the moment, as there are usually no messages in your box or on the family board to read anyway. You can "lay in wait" unseen, watching arrivals into your city, check their profiles and their family lists, without them knowing you are online. Enemies are more likely to attack the family if they think that no one in the family is online. When they arrive to attack, you can blindside them.
Preparing for remote attack
Preparation is key to a successful "business trip". Watch who is online in the city you are planning to attack for as long as you can. They know the idling trick too. Make sure you know who the open banker is. Plan your targets well, considering range and defensive strength, and using the knowledge of the hiring parameters. Does the target have 0 operatives? Then they probably don't have any hitmen either, so if you outnumber them in DUs, you will probably win. Are they offline? Then they won't be able to hire protection during the attack. Make sure you have the money to travel round trip, and have enough booze to keep your guys happy while you are attacking. Enter the banker's name, and your target's name(s) into your Notepad, so you can copy/paste them quickly if you need to. If you go with some extra guns, so much the better, as you will be hiring when you arrive, and the new hires will be instantly armed. Communicate with your other family members, make sure you are not violating a NAP or alliance with your hit. Have someone standing by to accept transfers from you, and make sure you have enough turns. Run through everything you are going to do in your head before you execute, and take notes if it helps you.
Executing a remote attack
As soon as you arrive in the target city, hire thugs at 60 turns, and rehire for 60 turns every minute you are there. Watch the clock. Launch your attack. If you loot a lot of cash, and your target goes out of range, transfer excess cash to an ally or banker and continue your attack, or pick a new target. (If you have the turns to keep hiring, you have plenty of time. Keep a cool head and execute your plan.) The guns you loot can be used by your newhires. But if there are heavy hitters online in the target city that you are trying to keep below range of, quickly transfer your looted cash (and sell the excess guns) to the banker and continue attacking. Lowering your net might bring your out-of-range target back into range again. When you've killed and looted all you can, get the hell out of Dodge and return home. DO NOT kill off your target's operatives. (These are killed in the "extort businesses" attack). Make your enemy have to drag that dead weight around for the rest of the round. (Some families, like Moctezuma, are collecting families, so if we end up in a war with a collecting family, we DO want to kill their opps.)
After the attack
Sometimes an ally of your target will immediately follow you home and attack you, so if you have the turns, hire protection immediately. If you have plenty of looted guns, and still have plenty of turns, hire up to fill the triggers of those guns. The person you just attacked may taunt and provoke you in messages. He is trying to get you to kill his operatives off so he can start clean. Don't fall for it. Make him keep those opps. Sell the excess guns, sell all the drugs, cars, planes, extra booze, etc. and see if anyone in your family needs cash. Send them what they need, then transfer the rest to the banker, noting the family name so we get credit. Post the transfer record on the business board, and post the attack logs on the family board. Hang out on the family board for some pats on the back. If you don't have the turns to transfer (need 25), convert to booze and wait for your turns.
Border control and defense
We don't have an enemy yet, but this info applies when we do.
Use the idling trick to catch enemies in our home city. Watch "who's online". We are allied with all of the New York Union. If you are unsure about a suspicious player, click on their family icon and look at the family list. If their family is based in NY, they are probably friendlies. If they are mostly based in the city of our enemy, they are probably enemies. If you aren't sure, ask someone, but be aware that you will be then seen as online. So use MSN or some other IM client if you can for such queries. Look at our own family board. Is someone being attacked? If so, check the family member's profile to see who attacked them. If they are a known enemy, attack them. If they are an ally, or you are unsure, ask before you hit if at all possible. Plenty of mistakes are made in this game, and we don't want to cause trouble with our alliances because of a noob mistake. Don't be afraid to attack a stronger enemy who is attacking in our city. You may lose, but you may also screw his range up by driving up his net, or weaken him by knocking down some of his DUs, and he will probably flee the city. You also may start to win after the second or third hit. You are expected to sacrifice your DUs to defend the family, and your sacrifice will not be in vain. You will gain the respect of your family, and of your enemies, because everyone will know that you have the balls to attack someone stronger than yourself. Don't forget that there are many other allied families in our city, and someone else may also be attacking the person you are hitting, so the tag team effect can zero the enemy.
